New member registraion procedure 1. Fill out the application form on the website 2. Membership ID issued immediately on-line. 3. Go to https://www.atomy.kr/m/mload_my/member/login.asp for your membership verification. Upload a photo of your IC card and a signed application form along with your given membership ID. 4. The verification process may take upto 3-5 business days. You will receive another completion email once verificaiton is done. How to Maintain Membership To maintain membership: A Purchase must be made once every 12 months. Period starts from the month following the month you register to the last day of the 12th month. Upon purchase, 12 months will be valid from the month following the month of the last purchase to the last day of the 12th month. Cancellation 1. If you would like to terminate the contract with Atomy, you will be required to provide a form for reasons. (Downloadable from Resourse)
A resigned member may re-register after 1 year from the day of cancellation. 2. When the company decides to terminate a contract with the member, company will notify the member by mail.
The ordered product is to be dispatched via affiliated service of Atomy. Due delivery time and shipping cost may differ by region.

Customer return If for any reason you are not satisfied with our products, you may return them within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or refund of the product price and applicable tax. All products are returnable if the product is in the same condition as when purchased including the product packaging or if you discover the product defects. Contact us by phone or fax to obtain a RETURN AUTHORIZATION before shipping. Purchaser is responsible for shipping charges for returns.
